Rated   The beautiful taste of the tenderloin together with that rich tomato sauce is still lingering my taste buds.
56 ristorante italiano promises authentic Italian food and it delivers.
Coming from delhi it took me about 1 hour to reach the restaurant because I got terribly lost as I had no idea about the area. But entering into the restaurant made me forget all about the 46degree delhi heat.
A high ceiling and palm trees running through the middle gives the restaurant a posh miami look.
The Staff. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant to talk to and they constantly try their best to make your experience even better.
Now the food. It was so scrumptious and delicious that words can't describe it. I went with a family member for a Sunday brunch and it was the perfect retreat. The variety of food is just enough and everything has the most amazing taste. The soup, salad, ravioli and desert just hit the spot.
I especially recommend the fettuccine with tenderloin and funghi to all the beef lovers.
Also, the Iced tea I was served with the brunch was refreshing and had the perfect balance.
I conclude by saying that this is just the place if you are looking for authentic tasty Italian at a price that's not too heavy on the pocket.

Though I still can't make out why this restaurant is called 56 but it has to mean something real great in Italian...

The food is awesome and ambience is unparalleled. It has been intelligently situated in middle of a building with the restaurant ceiling almost above 4 floors, which is a "complete royal feeling".

The food takes a bit of time to come so if someone just wants to catch a meal, this is not a place. One should go with enough free time to actually enjoy the royalty of this place and its food.

The ambience is such that one starts imagining to be in some beach resort hotel for the amount time spent here, though its quite disappointing to not find it true when you come out.

A must go for a Italian food lover in Gurgaon/Delhi having good free time to himself..

Hey ! people talk lot of negative but i kept guessing why it was awarded the best Italian restaurant for last three consecutive years ....... it was an expat chef ( an Italian ) and to authenticate i saw the place full with expats. Food was authentic Italian .... was speaking to the Italian chef who tol me that they are probably the only Italian restaurant offering pizza with Tipo flour still in affordable range . He tolf me that this comes from Italy. He also shared that they use virgin olive oil for entire cooking . I tried the food and it was superb ..... the best Italian i ever had and what an ambience .... it was mesmerising....... service was really pleasent and we really enjoyed the evening .......

I try going to 56 atleast 2-3 times every month, and have been going since it opened a few years ago.

The food is excellent. I usually stick to the basics in Italian food: A Pizza, pasta, Grilled Fish or Chicken and Tiramisu, everything is delicious. The Tiramisu deserves a special mention, it's probably the best Tiramisu I've had, and I eat out quite a lot. Their fresh pesto dip served with bread is also very good.

Usually, the head chef can be seen walking around and he helps on what to order.

The approach to the restaurant isn't the best, and parking can be an issue at times, however the restaurant is very well made and the high ceiling is amazing!

It is a little pricey, however, their food is excellent so no complaints. The sunday Brunch is worth going to as well.

Rated   How about a trip to Italy ?

Well..all of us are not fortunate enough to travel all the way to italy to try some authentic italian delicacies. But a getaway for a few hours is definitely possible with 56 ristorante italiano, a multi award winning Italian fine dining restaurant.

I was inquisitive to know the relevance of the number 56 in the name of the restaurant and the reason is its ceiling. It is 56 feet in height and hence the name.

The ceiling, the stained glass work, open kitchen, palm trees in the centre and soft Italian music in the background, are together able to recreate a high-end street cafe in rome. Very smartly set between two buildings in vatika atrium, 56 is sure to offer you some authentic Italian dishes.

Offering a menu with just the perfect number of dishes it makes your choice of dishes easier. They also have a good variety of wines to choose from.

I tried-

Antipasti-

●bruschetta con pomodoro olive e basilico- A very refreshing and fresh bruschetta with tomatoes. Perfect for summers.

●spiendini di pollo con salsa piccante- 3 little chicken skewers served along with warm tomato sauce. The tomato sauce was absolutely superb and was very different than the ones ive tried before. But the chicken skewers were not that great. I would have liked my chicken to be more soft and juicy.

I paired my starters and salad with a glass of white wine which was perfect to beat the summer heat.

Insalate(salad)

●insalata de tonno- tuna fish with olives, capers and salad leaves.

●insalata mista de pollo e funghi- rosemary flavoured chicken with mushrooms and greens.

Both salads were nice and fresh, but i would any day choose chicken salad over tuna because tuna has a very powerful taste which might be a little strong to set the pallet for the mains.

Mains-

●pizza napoli- a thin crust pizza with anchovies, capers and mozzarella. Delicious.

●Gnocchi con pollo- chicken gnocchi in a creamy and cheesy white sauce.

●saltimbocca di pollo- 2 pcs of grilled chicken which was cooked perfectly topped with parma ham. It had a base of delicious tomato sauce.

●Filettti di spigola- 2 pcs of oven baked sea bass fillet served on a bed of tomato sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with grilled zucchini and peppers. It was good. Tho i wanted to have trout and since it was unavailable, I had no option but to try this. Luckily, I didn't regret my decision to order this.

I paired my main course with a glass of red wine.

Dessert-

●tiramisu al mascapone con espresso- a traditional Italian dessert made with sponge cake fingers which are soaked in espresso and layered with mascapone cheese and creme.

●profiteroles al cioccolato- a pc of profiterole stuffed with creme and topped with creme and a thick chocolate sauce served in a slanting glass.

Both the desserts turned out to be great.

56 Ristorante Italiano totally deserves all the awards that it has received for its gastronomical specialities.

Its food and beverages are good, service and ambiance is great and therefore becomes a must visit for all Italian food lovers out there.

Rated   I had been planning to go this place fr about a year but somehow whenever I went out, my plans changed and I ended up going someplace else. So I had finally made up my mind and went here after reading many positive reviews. So moving on to the review ,
The interior is really unique , the restaurant itself is located in the atrium which is unusual to see in Gurgaon.there are huge Palm trees in the centre surrounded by numerous tables and a bar in the front side.this is a semi formal place but not at all a fine dine place.

The food -
The complementary bread basket came very late but it was freshly baked so the waiting time was worth it. It was served with pesto dip.

I was with my family so we ordered 5 mains and 2 desserts

(1) vegetarian pizza - it was an authentic thin crust pizza, the crust was perfectly baked, the veggies were crunchy and the cheese was phenomenal .
(2) chicken lasagna -it was absolutely fantastic, the meat was succulent and the sauce was tangy, the pasta was cooked "Al dente"
(3)chicken Parmesan( the name in the menu was different ) it was a thin chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella and coated with with bread crumbs and deep fried placed on a bed of tangy red sauce served with grilled veggies. The chicken was perfectly cooked but the crumb coating was too thick. The veggies and sauce were perfect
(4)rolled chicken breast fillets- chicken fillets stuffed with peppers and basil rolled and grilled to perfection
(5) pesto fettuccini-pasta cooked "Al dente" in creamy pesto sauce
(6) pana cotta- Classic pana cotta.sweetened cream topped with a caramel jelly
(6)chocolate soufflé- chocolate cake with liquid chocolate in the centre baked and topped with pistachio ice cream . Definitely the best dessert I've ever had

All in all this is a very good authentic Italian restaurant with a wide variety of dishes and a comforting ambience

Finally a perfect place in Gurgaon to have Italian food, not only the food, but the others factors which are generally not adhered to these days in food industry but here were given much importance i.e. ambience, hospitality, politeness, service.
We had ordered the brushettas & ravioli, which were just as they are supposed to be.
Staff was smiling & courteous. Service was also swift.

This place has amazing ambiance, situated far away from crowded placed. This is one of the few places that i can honestly compare to other good Italian Restaurant. Excellent food or service. Pizzas & Pastas are excellent. The service staff is excellent & guest friendly. The portion sizes are enough as well. You can ask them to serve you their complementary breads with olive dip in the meanwhile you wait for food. The Manager is excellent, polite courteous. takes feedback from you. thumbs up...must go

The most authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in Delhi NCR region. They manage their supplies so well, that the taste of their a la carté dishes is always fresh, consistent and adds to sublime flavours. To put it mildly, they know their cheese. Literally. Non pretentious original taste. Well trained staff. Bhim Singh deserves special mention. Decent selection of wines. After having sampled almost all Italian Joints, this is the one my family and I are loyal to. Their Sunday brunch though has serious and sometimes better competition from Torino. That's a slight area of improvement. But no one beats their A la carté on offer. Their Pizza and pasta - their chefs have decoded and offer varieties under these heads which shamelessly beats down the over cheesed hyped versions available at various kitchens.

Brilliant place.

Ambience - Beautiful and extremely well maintained.

Service - Polite, courteous, well informed about the food, and very sharp.

Food - Simply exquisite. Had a magnificent meal today, where they offered a main course dish (pasta or pizza) with the buffet food. It was excellent in all aspects.

Overall experience: People have to realise what quality places are.

We were served complimentary nice crispy and fluffy bread with olive paste, oil and vinegar. We are vegetarians. So we started off with brushetta and minestrone soup. Brushetta was nothing out of ordinary but minestrone took me back to one of the best soups that I had at Olive garden in US.

Pizza was thin crust with very good tomato sauce and mushroom flavor but my wife thought crust was bit soggy.

For desert, my daughter got chocolate topped eclairs. She loved it. I though it could have a bit more chocolate.

Overall, we loved the restaurant. We will go back there again.

Pizza and Pasta have never been among my favourite dishes, and hence, it is not often that I will be having too much to write about an Italian Restaurant .
But, any time there is a chef in time who can magically transform rice into the most mouth-watering Risottos, he/she does deserve a special mention.
As soon as you step into the dining area, you have an inkling that you are in for a nice dining experience. The tables are well spread out, the area is well lit, and the staff seem decently informed about the fare on the pretty extensive menu.
As I mentioned, the Risottos we re extra-ordinary, the Porcini mushroom preparations sublime.
And what I did nibble off the other plates, the Bruschettas and the Pizzas were quite tasty.
This one Italian restaurant is heavily recommended!

Rated   56 Ristorante Italiano redefined the definition of authentic Italian for me. If not specifically in the food department, in everything else the heart and soul of the restaurant was Italian. It's a different experience altogether and a classy and tasty one at it too.

56 Ristorante Italiano is tucked in the middle of two building, which must have been place for a a narrower than the usual mall lobby. The ambiance therefore is grand in every sense of the word - high ceiling, pine trees and a royal entry. It looks like a perfect place to date. But when I was there, the lights were a little less dimmer and music was a little more contemporary to allow a quiet time for a couple conversation.

The 'ristorante' was decently occupied for a Sunday night but we were able to find a seat without any hassle. The staff was accommodating, smart and classy as the place would demand. The menu was enigmatic with Italian food buzzwords all over the place. Had it been not for the layman's description written underneath each dish, ordering food would have been driven by chance (and prolonged conversation with the servers).

We went with "Tortino Di Ricotta E Pollo", a chicken starter and "Rigatoni Alla Carbon Con Uova E Pancheta " for the main course (It's alright, I wasn't able to spell the names too) and as the Italian cuisine commands, red wine to go along.

The food took its time. We waited for nothing less than 20 minutes for the Tortino to arrive. And in the meanwhile we almost finished up with the assorted bread basket. The Tortino was nothing like I have ever had in my life. It was juicy, creamy, soft and quite tasty - it hit my palate like a very few food would do. Even after the not-so-generous portion of serving it was still very filling.

The Rigatoni was Pasta in a milky white sauce with bacon. It was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. It had a little sweet cheese taste to it which I relished quite a bit. The bacon, as always, only made the things better. After the already filling Tortino we struggled to finish this one for we were only driven by taste at that moment.

Not to mention the red wine along with the food did wonders.

56 Ristorante Italiano's location is a little discreet to be discovered on a usual day. I am sure it gets its share of corporate walkins during the day for there isn't much to be not-liked about this place.

It's a great restaurant - the food, the ambiance and the service (despite lags due to preparation time) is just perfect. I will visit it again as soon as I can.

Rated   56 Ristorante Italiano is located in the atrium of commercial building by the name of Vatika Atrium. The space for this Italian restaurant has been very intelligently acquired & developed between two wings of the building.

I was there this gone Sunday with some classmates from school to devour their Sunday Brunch buffet. The restaurant was pleasantly full – a sign of a good restaurant. We were seated without any delay and water was served almost immediately too. We all decided to hit the brunch buffet and ordered our drinks. I must state here that while the cocktails were great the beer was not as chilled as it should have been.

We started our appetisers with a melange of Bruschetta Con Pomodoro Olive E Basilico, Carpaccio Di Manzo, Fried Prawns, Fish Fingers, Salmon and some assorted Salami & Cheese. While everything else was outstanding, I felt that the bread base of the bruschetta was a bit soggy but then it had been resting for a bit.

For the main course we decided to opt for some pizzas and pastas. While the vegetarians were happy with their Penne Agli Ortaggi In Salsa Peperonata, we the non-vegetarians opted for Penne Arrabbiata with some chicken thrown in. Both versions were perfectly cooked and tasted very well. The litmus test for a good Italian restaurant, especially in India, is the quality of its pizzas. We ordered a mix of Caprese Ricca Con mozarella Di Bufala, Messicana Al Salame Piccante and Pizza Supreme Con Pollo E Spinaci considering we were an equally divided group in terms of vegetarianism. The pizzas were served hot right out of the oven. The crust was one of the thinnest I had eaten and they were liberally topped with fresh buffalo mozzarella and relevant toppings. The pizzas indeed tasted delicious and were one of the best I have had.

It was time to wrap up the brunch and we were spoilt for choice when it came to the desserts. The spread was more than ample, though I got my fix on the tiramisu (Tiramisu’ Al Mascarpone Con EsPresso Alla Sambuca) which was an absolute delight. It was not sugary at all and left me with the “just” right flavour of espresso and liqueur.

Rated   We went there for our Anniversary dinner, so the experience had to be special. Picked up this place after careful consideration and good amount of research.

56 Ristorante is on the ground floor of Vatika Atrium. The first thing that you notice is the ambiance. It is beautiful. The tables are well spaced out with huge palm trees interspersed. The restaurant is in the atrium of the building, which meant that it had huge ceilings, as high as the building itself and that added to the grandeur of this place. It was quiet since it was a Saturday, but I am not so sure how quiet it will be during office hours.

The service was nice and cordial. As we glanced through the menu deciding what to eat, we were served with a fresh bread assortment.

We decided to have Salmon Bruschetta for starters. The Salmon was very good and it went down very well with White Wine and we relished the bread assortment as well.

For mains, we ordered Chicken Ravioli with Gorgonzola Cheese and Grilled Tenderloin in Red Wine Jus. Both the dishes were fabulous. We just loved it. The portion size was appropriate and the preparation was divine. We couldn't have asked for better food to celebrate our day.

It was a great fine dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place for special days or even otherwise.

Rated   In a nutshell:

My search for good vegetarian & nonvegetarian Italian food (leaving aside 5 star Hotels) in Gurgaon ended here. A rare experience of 4 starters & maincourse coming out to be excellent back to back , followed by superb desserts. Highly recommended by YUMMRAJ.

Short Description - in case u r in a hurry:

We had been to this place quite some time back when I had not yet started writing. We had good memories of the evening here. So when it came to choosing a place for eating out this weekend, we closed in on this option. We praised ourselves thruout the evening for making the right decision.

The restaurant is not a very hyped up one, nor does it advertise itself much. However people who know about this place revisit. Expats often frequent this place as well.

Visually the restaurant is very nice - it has a huge ceiling, full sized palms in the dining hall & beautiful interiors.

The restaurant is run by an Italian Chef who himself can be seen at the dining hall talking to guests. Needless to say he does a brilliant job not just in the taste of food that is served here but also in the choice of options that are there.

The menu card is pretty exhaustive - It has very well explained descriptions of the dishes that leaves little to imagination. There are many good options for the vegetarians & infact it is good for food lovers of all kinds. Unlike most other restaurants in Gurgaon, this is not a chicken heavy menu & one can expect lamb, the usual basa, sole fish etc & also salmon, tenderloin, scallops, pork, a little variety of seafood etc.

Service is pretty good. The guys are well trained & pretty courteous.

Detailed Description - In case u have the Time to NJOY reading:

Before the dinner was served we were given a basket of assorted breads & some excellent Tapenade. For the uninitiated, is a Provençal dish consisting of pureed or finely chopped olives, capers, anchovies and olive oil.

We started the dinner with carpaccio di manzo, con scaglie di parmigiano e carciofini. The guy almost fainted when he saw to Indians ordering this dish. He said ' but sir, this is raw beef'. I said 'I hope it is edible'. He said 'sure, it is but there isn't much done to it - it is just thinly sliced beef with some top ups'. We said ' tHat sounds great, we will surely go for it'. Our stubbornness surely was rewarded. What came was a beautifully laid out outstanding dish. Super thin layers of raw beef, lemon, olive oil, artichoke hearts and cheese shavings on the top. Wow. After first few bites we were speechless and were just looking at each other and communicating with facial expressions. Super loved it and give it a 4.5/5.

Post the awesome start, we had Scallops - Cappesiante Grigliate al parmigiano. They were just wonderful . Soft, creamy, melt in the mouth, tasted just too good. The sauce was awesome as well. We finished off the sauce with fork and then wiped off the remaining sauce in the plate with small pieces of home made bread - as if the bread were roti & we were eating curry with roti. The good thing about the dish was that it let both the scallop and the sauce express themselves - none of them were overpowering. I give this dish a 4.75/5.

The next dish we had was prawns ravioli - Ravioli di gamberi in crema allo zafferano. Great once again. All sauces were subtle but they had a nice layered texture to them. Saffron made its presence felt. They made their presence felt - understated but confident. I give this a 4.5/5.

The last dish in main course was lamb - Ossobuco d'agnello, brasato al vino rosso con gnocci al formaggi. As mentioned above, it was served with potato gnocchi in cream cheese sauce & asparagus. The main dish was lamb shacks braised in red wine reduction. The lamb meat was intense, soft, was easily falling off from the bones but having retained a texture of its own. Awesome. The gnocchi was excellent. The asparagus was crunchy and non fibrous. The sauce was excellent as well. I give this a 4.75/5.

I was so stunned till this time that how is it possible that all dishes r so good. So next was time to order for desserts. We decided to order one ' chef's recommendation' and another random one.

The chef's recommendation was Cannoli alla Siciliana con ricotta mascarpone e scaglie di cioccolato. It was pastry filled with ricotta, mascarpone, candy fruit & chocolate. Sounds pretty simple, eh? Yes it was simple. However only a true master can craft such a simple dish into a wonder. The pastry was just perfectly crispy (not too much not too less moisture). It was just outstanding - very few people make it so good in Gurgaon. Needless to say that the overall combo rocked & it came out to be one of the best desserts I have had in the past few months. I give this a 4.75/5.

The last dessert item was Chocolate e Mascarpone Mousse - Chocolate mousse layered with mascarpone cheese & rum flavor sponge cake. This was again too good. The rum layered sponge cake was really well soaked in rum so that the flavor was there in every bite. The darkish chocolate & cheese layers were thick but ultra smooth - intense. I wud give this a 4/5.

Overall rating of food at 56 adds up to 4.54/5 - A rare high rating coz all food were consistently very good.

I wud revisit for sure & wud highly recommend this to all of u.................... specially if u r an adventurous foodie.

Went for lunch at 56 today and had a great Italian meal.. started with the classic caprese salad.. fresh tomatoes and mozzarella with basil flavored oil .. the mix of these together was a dance in my pallette.
For maincourse ordered for fettucini with tenderloin, a gnocchi and shrimp ravioli in saffron sauce... Standout was the sauce of the ravioli .. had a very nice saffron flavor..loved it . The pasta was smooth and silky .. the gnocchi was the least favorite of them all as it lacked character .. the tomato sauce in it really didn't tickle the palate at all.. finished off with a wonderful tiramisu ..a great noon spent .

Rated   My favourite, favourite, favourite Italian joint in Gurgaon. This place has an interesting decor with an office lobby converted to a restaurant, very high ceiling and tall, artificial palm trees placed across the length of the restaurant. Here's what I like most about the place:

1. The chef - Mr. Tiziano and his cooking : He's a delight to talk to. It's amazing how much soul and thought he puts in a dish to ensure none of us go back saying - I've got to try this at home! In my opinion, you just can't replicate the taste of the food he offers! Most of the base / imp ingredients (tomato sauce etc.) are not from local produce. i think that's what works for me.

2. My four favourite dishes: Spinach ravioli with ricotta cheese topped with pesto sauce, Veggie Pizza, Aubergine with Mozzarella cheese, any pasta n creamy pesto sauce. Get the pizza base really crisp with less cheese and savour the veggie toppings - a perfect pizza on winter nights or to take-away for long drives outside the city :D

3. Tiramisu: This one steals the thunder of everything else on the menu . What you have here is a Sambuca soaked cake instead of Rum. That's the punch of all flavours in this cold dessert. The notes of alcohol go subtle and you can concentrate on the texture and other flavours of this yummy Tiramisu!!

What makes this eatery a delight is the outstanding Sunday brunch. If you're into cold cuts, olives , sundried ????, pesto paste, then this is the place to check out. Expensive fine dining. The place has a vey good ambience. The atrium of an office block has been very well used - Vatika has done the same in Coriander Leaf and Zing.
I DID NOT see the mouse - must be dead by now.
The food was good - authentic Italian. Go there only if you like Italian. There is also the Italian chef who comes out and ask how the food is.
Enjoyed both the pasta and the pizza. Breads were very fresh.
Place is expensive - range of Rs 3000/- for 2 without drinks.

Rated   I've been here a few times now- the first was after a friend recommended it to me one of those nights I was fretting about where to take my parents out for dinner. I needed some place that wasn't too loud- they like to be able to hold conversation without having to strain themselves- and of course, it had to have good food. My dad is a stickler for cleanliness; if he sees a sloppy, dirty waiter approach our table, he's already half made up his mind about the state of the food.
So we went with 56. It was relatively empty, but perhaps that could be because we walked in after 10 30. We were immediately asked and seated where we wished, and things like water and our menus came soon. This is important to me, I hate being seated and then waiting for further developments at a restaurant!
I'll cut a long review short and say that everything there onward was great; we ordered some starters, which were good enough to satiate our immediate burning hunger and still keep us waiting for our food. The bruschetta was simple and good and was devoured in seconds.
The smells around us were great, and when our food came, I was glad to see my younger brother's personalization of his dish come out exactly the way he wanted. He's a fussy eater, and not only did he want certain specific items removed from his dish, but he also wanted very specific things added instead, and next to, but not over the dish!
The waiters were quick and polite, always keeping an eye open for whether customers needed anything. I didn't have to do anything but meet their eyes for a moment and they'd be right over.
My mom's grilled fish came without too much sauce as requested, and my penne and mushroom in alfredo sauce was definitely one of the best i've eaten around here, and I eat this dish a lot. The quantities were great and did justice to the pricing as well.
When we went back for my mom's birthday once, we were given a complimentary cake to cut, and staff was happy to take pictures of our unembarassingly posing family, and the next day, they took the effort of e-mailing us the pictures they had of us. The personal touch definitely made happy customers of us :) We'll go back any time we want a great tasting, nice quiet Italian meal in gurgaon :)

Transported to Italy on an Italian gastronomy sojourn. The imported ingredients were true to taste, the fresh produce was exceptional, smorgasbord was phenomenal. The end was like a perfect Italian symphony - tiramisu with coffee. Highly recommend the seafood risotto, mixed meat lasagna & the mushroom was delectable. Great place but pricey.

Went to 56 for lunch on a Sunday. Very impressive interiors and the ambience is also gives a nice calming effect. The options were of ordering al-a-carte or going for the buffet....after taking a look at the buffet, we settled for the same. Good food and laid out nicely and neatly. The buffet also included a ice tea or beer. The service was good and the servers were attentive and ready to help. Overall a very pleasant experience which beckons for us to go back......next time will try the a-la-carte.

Rated   Sunday Brunch cant get much better than in 56 Ristorante Italiano.
An efficiently placed restaurant on MG Road, its full of freshness and bright light. I for one enjoyed the absence of cliched interiors of a typical restaurant.
We (me and my wife) went for buffet brunch which had an exquisite spread of salads, cheese, cold cuts, a soup, few breads, bruschetta alongwith spinach stuffed ravioli. All had wonderfully balanced flavours. I lived the penne in pesto sauce salad alot.
You also get to choose between a mug of beer or iced tea as an side drink. The iced tea i had was bittersweet and chilled, making it pretty relaxing.
Now came the main course. You have the option of ordering any pizza or pasta. The service was prompt and both our dishes were delicious.
Take your time to eat everything as u enjoy the taste and allow food to settle in. Finally we zeroed in on desserts section. There was a good variety available though we were most impressed by tiramisu. Other dishes had a bit too much of cream for my liking.

I think many other restaurants can match or better the italian cuisine but few will be able to match the combination of taste, variety, ambience and value for money of 56 Ristorante Italiano. Thats why i rate it 4 overall.

Great place - great food! Alex has a good team with authentic flavours coming through be it the minestrone soup, tenderloin lasagna, spinach ravioli or the thin crust pizzas. Fish was nice but didn't appeal to my taste buds. Hugely recommended.

True to its name, 56 - The Italian Adventure indeed sets you on an interesting adventure. Not to say that the food here is an adventure but the experience surely is!

Located in one of the most prime locations of Gurgaon (on DLF Golf Course Road), the restaurant boasts of class in every sense of the word...With an interesting spread of authentic Italian fare to satisfy your taste buds and an equally tempting variety of desserts, this place is sure to catch your fancy! Top it up with the 'beyond perfect' service and you have the perfect italian experience..!! Infact, the service is so exemplary that at times it almost feels uncanny..Even before you can express your desire for a dish or just a plain jug of water, the waiter is right in front of you to take your order, it's almost as if he reads your mind...it's mystical! And perhaps that's why they call it "56 - The Italian Adventure"...As far as the significance of the number '56' is concerned, go figure it! :)

Highly satisfied with this place. Lovely food and relaxing ambiance with palm trees in centre and high ceiling. For appetisers we ordered verdura and alas barbeque. Quantity was good and barbeque skewed chicken was tender and tasty. For main course we ordered white sauce penne pasta veg and pizza chicken supreme. Food was very good. Bonus points for lovely ambiance and courteous service

Even before you begin to taste the food, what impresses you is the lovely, spaced out ambience of this place! A high ceiling, trees & beautiful lighting!
The food, is among the most authentic options you have for Italian among the stand alone restaurants of Gurgaon. The collection of wines is quite interesting as well! Don't miss it if you're a fan of the cuisine & you happen to be in Gurgaon!

I live close to Golf Course road and had seen the board of this restaurant several times while passing by. Had assumed it would a a nice eating place but it would turn out to be a fine-dine restaurant came as a surprise:). Went there last night with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and what a place it was-calm, quiet, elegant with palms in the middle. The food unexpectadly was unbelievable too. We ordered chicken skewers as a starter and lasagne for main course. The lasagne was wonderfully layered and the cheese on it was perfectly crispy and soft. The starter's plate was decorated as if it was from the MAster Chef's kitchen. We even ordered a cocktail and that had the perfect balance of alcohol too. Loved the food at this place and the ambience. A must go if u wish to have a nice peaceful romantic evening in a fine dine restaurant. A little high on the prices but definitely worth it :).
I would highly recommend this place for people who love Italian food.

Took a couple of friends for my birthday dinner on a Thursday night and it was sparsely populated. The ambience of the restaurant is pretty decent and it give you “sitting in the hallway” feel. Since food is my main concern, lets just go straight there.

We were looking through the menu, and almost immediately i knew what i wanted to order: Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli. I also ordered an Italian Margarita, which was supposed to be a cocktail but tasted more like a mocktail ( Read: lemon slush), Nevertheless i liked it, and was happy to sip on it while devouring my ravioli.

We then decided to order a dessert - Profiteroles Al Cioccolato (which was a Staff's recommendation). It was THE best dessert I have ever had at an Italian place.

Look forward to visiting it again sometime soon :)

We came here for dinner around 6pm on a week night.  It was mostly empty as we were some of the first to come for dinner for the night.  I tried the pesto spaghetti and it was good.  I also liked the different breads they gave us and the olive dipping sauce.  By the end of our meal some other people had come to dine and they seemed to be all Japanese... interesting!  The atmosphere is quite nice in here and overall it's a good place for a nice and relaxing dinner.

Rated   We went for a Sunday Brunch. I made a reservation for 1:30 PM and since I was driving from Ghaziabad, it took us a while to reach there. I called the manager to inform that we will be late and he, very generously, kept the table reserved for us. The ambiance is awesome. Parking was a little messy since there is some construction work going on in the front of the complex holding this. The food was great. The buffet spread was nice and I tasted almost everything - starting from salads, cheese, grilled fish, salmon filled rice and many others. They offer a pint of beer or lemon ice tea along with the buffet. The lemon ice tea was the best I have had. No artificial flavors. For main course we ordered a chicken ravioli, I don't remember what the name of the dish was, but it was great. I am a fan of cheesy dishes, and this was loaded with it. Loved it to the core. Then came in the thin crust, wood fired pizza. Great taste, gulped down in no time. The dessert spread is good too. They have caramel custard, tiramisu, butter scotch cake and black forest pastries. I didn't like the black forest that much, but tiramisu was the best I have had till date. Perfect sweetness. Perfect texture. There was something called flour less chocolate cake. That was something unique and I loved it so much that I had 4 of them :)
The service is great. They are not standing on your head, yet they have enough eyes to see when your plate is done to clear off the table and when your glass is empty to refill with water.

Great experience, would love to go again.

Hav been hearing 56 ristorante italiano for a vry vry long tym.... But wasn able to make it due to its location being a lil far off. But the wait was finally over wen i called it a day. Actually more of a atrium lounge rather than being a proper restaurant... Anyways the setup was gud...!!! Went there on a Sunday afternoon wid a prior reservation as the restaurant was FULL. To my surprise inspite of reservation had to wait for 10-15 mins but was fine...!!
As it was a sunday they had a buffet spread wch seems quite gud still i went for ala carte.
I ordered soup, salad, pizza, risotto and a chicken breast in the main course. All the items were simply fantastic and superb. Great taste and great service. Recommended.

When looking for a good Italian restaurant in Gurgaon, this restaurant is the place to be. I was quite charmed by the decor of the place with palms in the centre, the place had some 12-15 odd tables, the crowd, the music was all very elite and subtle, makes it a nice place for a gud romantic dinner. The staff is very quick n observant, we ordered 2 pastas in red and white sauce each and both were truly delectable. And the tiramisu we ordered later needs special accolades. A good quantity of dessert that would suffice two people and is absolutely delicious n apt for ur sweet craving.

Ristorante 56, Gurgaon- a pit-stop for genuine Italian food The restuarant located in the atrium of a commercial office building, the height of which gives it its name, puts to good use the otherwise dead space between two wings of the building. The tall palm trees, the white pebbles, the stained glasswork on the one wall were intelligently highlighted, drawing one’s attention away from the non-descript glass and concrete of the surrounding building walls. Pizza 56 was a wholesome thin crust pizza topped with parma ham. The cheese serving was not meagre nor the topping wanting. A perfect pizza. Expecting mundane fried mozzarella sticks I was pleasantly surprised with the entree of Mozzarella in Carroza Napoletana a fried, enormous round crispy egg crusted bread cut into four quarters oozing with melted mozzarella accompanied with arrabiata sauce. It was a resounding way to start a meal. The Gamberi in salsa rosa con Salmone affumicata was an enticing offering, the prawn wrapped in smoked salmon and skewered with green asparagus shoots resting on mustard sauce. 56 scores a near 100 for its appetizers. Our main course comprised of Lasagna al Ragu di Pollo and Salmone al forno in Crosta di Ricotta alle Mandorle, salsa all’aglio e peperone ripieno. While the chicken lasagna was disappointing with no character of its own, the salmon was dry and a bit overdone. The two sauces, the ricotta and the garlic and ripe bell pepper cream sauce tended to overwhelm the fish served. Both the sauces and the accompanying diced potato were extremely salty which we brought to the notice of the restaurant’s staff. Perhaps the salmon with either of the two sauces along with the toasted almonds garnish would have been perfect instead of both. As a fish, salmon holds its ground pretty well with the least of embellishments. No sooner did our feedback reach the back of the kitchen did it bring the executive chef, Tiziano Ranieri to our table. An affable, soft-spoken Italian, Chef Ranieri was profusely apologetic about the turnout of our main course. He informed us that Lasagna is best served with beef but in deference to the sensibilities and tastes of the local populace he was constrained to offer it with an unimaginative chicken. As for the saltiness of the salmon he assured us that he would take it up with the kitchen staff. And thus we happened to be served as a gesture of good will, an excellent plate of Carpaccio di manzo, con scaglie di palmigiano e carciofini with the compliments of the chef. The tenderloin was wafer thin, the layers of artichoke leaves, lending a woody, earthy taste to the delicious meat, rendered ably by the subtle mustard balsamic marinade. It was truly a work of gastronomic art and sure made up for the overwhelmingly briny and the underwhelming fowl-ed main course dishes. I have never been served such a huge Tiramisu before. Easily shareable as we did, the moist bittersweet bizcocho laden with coffee and liqueur was delicious but I found it a bit too sweet with the crunch of the sugar in some spoonsful, annoying. While the food is varied and good it’s the little things, like extra salt, crunchy sugar where it is supposed to be indistinguishable, which takes way from a perfect food experience. 56 shall do well to iron out these tiny kinks. The menu at 56 is varied, the service attentive, the food good and the handling of customer feedback exemplary. Customer satisfaction is not just a matter of offering free food or waiving charges. It is being attentive to customer grievances, willing to accept criticism openly without excuses and offering to make amends without reservation. Chef Raniero’s kind gesture smacks of his genuine desire to right a wrong. His friendly advice to us when we next visit the restaurant- Consult him personally before ordering! We will ch(i)ef!

If you like Italian you will know about this place, I will not need to tell you because this is very popular among Italian food lovers. Starters are highly recommended, pick anything on their eclectic menu and you will be pleased. One of the best places to hang out with friends and family. The dining area is very uniquely designed. My favourite thing on the menu is the chilly pizza with mushroom toppings and mozzarella cheese. You must try it. This place has an amazing ambience. I like such places, very peaceful and cozy. The Service was nice and quick too The wine menu was elaborate. The prices are steep but then again you can splurge on such restaurants. I think you would spend around Rs. 4000 for two people with drinks.

56 is one of the best Italian in gurgaon. Pizzas , ooh la la. I am biased towards Italian pizzas and this place always gets me nostalgic about the napolitan pizzas. Good variety of breads, wine to go with food. The ambience is a bit so so as the restaurant is actually made in an atrium. But the smell of the freshly baked pizzas in traditional Italian style stone oven is wonderful. Very very appetising.

The first thing you will notice when you enter 56 is the awesome ambience. The high ceiling and palm trees in the middle make this place one of a kind.
Now coming to the food. We tried the penne agli ortaggi, mozzarella in carrizza napoletana, gnocchi with chicken, bruschetta and finally the tiramisu.
All dishes very well prepared, especially liked the gnocchi and tiramisu. The service was good.
Overall one of the better Italian restaurants in Gurgaon.

Enjoyed our meal at 56 this evening! My In-laws visit the restaurant often, so came highly recommended. We ordered a selection of antipasti to share, comprising of Bruschetta and a plate of the Frito Misto which was 'super fresh' to order and delicious. I was the only one to order pasta: Penne Arrabiata which I enjoyed, and the others in our party of five ordered pizzas, which were also very good. The dessert selection was 'scrumptious' - we ordered the Chocolate Mousse, Tiramisu, and Pannacotta and although it was a huge 'struggle' to allow our waistbands to expand further from the generous dessert servings (this is by no means a complaint either!), we did it, and boy...we're glad of it, too. Very nice to meet the chef, too!
Grazie!

56 had me pleasantly surprised. I love the fact that they have huge ceiling space - quite a rarity in this day and age of high real estate costs. What's better is that this restaurant tops it up with great food. They have an Italian chef on most days, I am forgetting his name right now...but he did a brilliant job when we were there two months ago.
Their carpaccio was brilliant, pizzas perfectly crisp and fresh, and seafood was fresh and perfectly seasoned. They also have a reasonably priced wine list and good selection of desserts. Tiramisu was average but pannacotta was well received.
The only reason I am docking them one star is for service, which can definitely be improved.

Now there is something about an Italian chef that gets your palate ready for a bonanza. And, no disappointments, he is a sharp man with a huge arsenal of twists.

No more ordering from the menu, just tell him what you feel like and how much you want to eat .

An orchestra of well thought out dishes and wine will follow.

Lovely Food, beautiful ambiance and very normal prices.

In my book, any restaurant that has a complimentary bread basket (and an olive dip) is a winner! The staff were super nice. This is one place where the mandatory service charge is justified.

The portions are generous and one main course dish is enough to fill the average stomach.

I do have one grouse though. I ordered the chocolate profiteroles and was shocked at the dish placed in front of me. Technically, these eclairs are crisp, filled with creme patissiere or whipped cream and dipped in chocolate or caramel. I was given a soggy mess covered in bland whipped cream. I had to dig deep to find the five mushy pastry shells underneath a ton of whipped cream. Still, there was a lot of it for Rs 350 :P

Verdict: I would go there again for interesting authentic Italian food at normal Gurgaon prices.

Good authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. My only grouse with the place is that it is inconsistent - I have been here 4 times and have been delighted and dissapointed in equal measures...

It however gets the Italian staples right - the Bruschetta is done really well with the right amount of Olive oil and toppings. The pasta has the right amount of sauce though it could be a bit more al dente. Where 56 gets things wrong is in Pesci, the quality of the produce has been uneven and the seasoning is seldom sufficient. I love their desserts - one of the few places in Delhi serving canoli, they get it right with the a crisp home - made kind of feel to the exterior and a velvety filing.

Good place to visit when you have a craving for Italian food...

Rated   This was my second visit to 56 and it was an absolutely awesome dining experience. I went for their Exquisite Lunch this time which is a fixed menu that they offer only for lunch.

The Ambience with very soothing and I'm sure this place would take you for a delightful Italian adventure. The atrium gives it a very open feel to it. The tables are arranged in a very sensible fashion to make the place look spacious yet warm at the same time. The long trees erected in the centre add to its charm. The live kitchen is also one of the USP's (Unique Selling Point) as you can see the chefs cooking live. One thing I love about this place is the hygiene and cleanliness. The tables are cleared in a moment as soon as the guests leave. The Italian Chef makes sure all his guests go happy from the restaurant.

The fixed menu had four courses.

The first course is the Bruschetta. Toasted slices of Baguette with topping of fresh diced tomatoes perfectly seasoned and garnished with cilantro. This bite sized appetiser is sure to leave you craving for more.

The second course is 'Soup of the Day'. I was offered a pumpkin soup. The soup was delicious, aromatic and nutritious. It definitely changed my perception about the humble ingredient of the soup. The soup is served with a breads basket ( grissini sticks, garlic bread & focaccia ) and pesto.

The third course is a selection of a Pizza/Pasta from the menu (No Seafood). I went for a smoked chicken, spinach and ricotta cheese pizza. The thin crust spread with really juicy tomato spread. It didn't take much effort to finish the entire pizza as it was so good.

The last course is 'Dolci' or Desserts. They give you an option of four flavours of gelato (chocolate, vanilla, coffee & pistachio ) I went for the coffee and it was fulfilling and a befitting end to my Italian adventure.

Final Verdict
Food: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Ambience: 4/5
Value for Money: 4/5

It's the perfect destination to satisfy your craving for Italian cuisine. Foodies ditch your Slice of Italy or Dominos and come experience the Ultimate Dining Experience.

Many people might just ignore while passing this restaurant because its not quite easily visible. The setting of the restaurant is very simple yet classy with very soothing music in the background. I ordered a Cannelonni Pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach with mozarella in cream cheese and tangy tomato sauce. Absolutely delicious. The portion size was pretty good. For dessert I went for a classic tiramisu. Not a surprise.. Pretty identical to the ones that exist in the market. Loved the concept of chef making the server aware of the orders with a chime of a bell.
Final Verdict
Taste: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5
Ambience: 3.5/5

Enjoyed an excellent meal here - two UK couples who are working (long-term) in Gurgaon. Food, service, cleanliness, wine selection were all excellent. Portion size was right for us and after starters and main course no-one was able to tackle a dessert. Price was also very reasonable. This was some of the most authentic Italian food I have eaten in my 20 months living in India. Before this I held Zanotta (at the Leela Kempinski) as the best Italian in this area - I think that 56 now gets that award. We did have a problem with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them around, which isn't surprising at monsoon, however there did seem to be more flying at 56 then we have encountered elsewhere. Despite the mosquitoes, I would highly recommended 56 to anyone who wants to enjoy "proper" Italian food.

I went to the 56 twice this week - that's how much I liked it! I've been looking for some real European restaurant for a while now and I can finally say I've found a perfect place to satisfy my need for Mediterranean food. The food at 56 is really good, even though there is a space for improvement on the desserts. Most of the things I've tried there were really good and their pizza is excellent - the best I've tried so far in India. They also have a wide range of beverages. The atmosphere at the restaurant was really nice, but they should consider changing the music CD sometimes.

This is the restaurant which I was looking for food as like in italy beverage good pricing and service wonderful---ev body from server toc chef courtious courtious courtious ......I was actually in town for my family business and was very dissapointed about the service level of the restaurants in gurgaon....we have one like china club but expensive.....pls continue the same culture at 56 great style need some interior done may be some live music but value of money...

The restaurant is, simply, AWESOME. The average person thinks of pizzas & pastas when Italian cuisine is mentioned. Very rarely have I come across an Italian restaurant that serves gnocchi, risotto and lamb shank grilled in wine sauces! And not only did they deliver in variety, they also delivered in taste! The service was good too, but I was disappointed with the availability of good wines. But overall, if I am in Gurgaon, I will definitely visit 56, again and again.

Best italian food i ever had in ages.. The ambience of this place is really good. The most flashy thing over here is the live kitchen that we can see.. The food taste was really good.. As a starter i ordered cream of mushroom and it was really appetizing. The rattatouile was really food. Had heard about this place but got to visit it now. The place is worth the hassle that it had created... The staff was really good and the food was really amazing

Went with family on a Saturday dinner. The place was filled with more of Japanese. Only couple of Indians were there. Coming to the food...it was well prepared by their Italian chef. The best was risotto and the lasagna. We ended the treat with tiramisu. Service was prompt and ambience quite different with high ceiling and palm trees. Not to be missed

A great place to have mouth watering Italian fare and be treated to a great service as well. We visited on a weekday for dinner and the ambiance really impressed us. The waiter gave us a separate groupon menu which had selective items to offer and also the servings are smaller than usual for the 3 course meal, but it was a great deal. The service was prompt and the people were courteous. They had a good knowledge about the menu. All included, the visit was a delight from beginning till end and it is surely going to be my regular place for Italian food.

Ciao

Their pizzas and pastas are well cooked and quite budgeted. The location is a little hidden away but definitely contributes to feel of a quaint Italian cafe. All in all, definitely worthwhile for the delicious food and inviting ambience.

We have not had good luck with finding good and real Italian food in Gurgaon/Delhi. Thus, we were very pleasantly surprised with 56 (named '56' due to the ceiling being 56 feet high). The food was excellent and very authentic. Service was also great. Overall really enjoyed 56!

Their pizzas are just out of the world. i tried one chicken cranberry pizza- the flavours were just something I've never experienced before and probably won't anywhere else except Italy. The chocolate lava cake too was scrumptious. Although their outdoor seating is limited, the indoors are quite nice and cosy-ideal for Delhi winter. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu soon enough!

Well, I really love their desserts and many a time, I eat food somewhere else and drive down to 56 for deserts. Their chocolate muses and apple tart are just mouth watering. They prepare them fresh for you. So don't try them if you are in hurry. But if you have time to experience the freshness of those deserts - then nothing comes close to them.

It's a great place for those lookin for authentic Italiano food, had good times wd colleague's and clients.. A great joint in a corporate city.. N best the food what you order you will get it in a exact way you expect it to come.. Thanks for giving plenty option in veg. Pizza's..

I enjoyed there my Dinner last night. Best Italian meal I had so far in Gurgaon. The Chef is Italian and you can notice it in the food, it is prepared with good ingredients and in the right way. Service was very attentive and good. We ordered also cocktails and all were made perfectly. Just ambiance is a little lacking due to the huge ceiling and the visible office floors above, but the rest makes up for it.

It's a nice place to have dinner with your colleagues, friends & relatives. The taste & service is very good, but seems expensive. If you are ready to shell out more, then this place is good. Pretty nice ambiance inside.

I recently ate there and think the food was excellent. We ordered fish and it was perfectly done. However i did have problem with my billing finding later an added Rs 200 to my charge on credit card. I do not know if it was one off or staff being trciky. Its expensive

How about a trip to Italy ? I tried- Antipasti- ●bruschetta con pomodoro olive e basilico- A very refreshing and fresh bruschetta with tomatoes. Insalate(salad) ●insalata de tonno- tuna fish with olives, capers and salad leaves. ●insalata mista de pollo e funghi- rosemary flavoured chicken with mushrooms and greens. Both salads were nice and fresh, but i would any day choose chicken salad over tuna because tuna has a very powerful taste which might be a little strong to set the pallet for the mains. Mains- ●pizza napoli- a thin crust pizza with anchovies, capers and mozzarella. Dessert- ●tiramisu al mascapone con espresso- a traditional Italian dessert made with sponge cake fingers which are soaked in espresso and layered with mascapone cheese and creme. Buon appetito

56 is amongst the better Italian restaurants I have been to and the food quite lives up to the expectations. The garlic bread is interesting with walnuts and cherry tomatoes. The pizza crust is nice and crisp and the toppings are generous! The spinach ravioli is delicious too and so are the desserts. Special mention to profiteroles... It is just mind blowing! Overall a must try place for those who like Italian fare!

I visit this place often. Most items are done pretty well, the variety is good. My only grudge is the limited variety of desserts to end a good meal with. None of the desserts is great either.

Went for lunch or n a Sunday and the place was busy. Had made a reservation but due to high occupancy had to wait for a couple of minutes. The table was a little wobbly and asked for a change and was moved to a perfect table in the next 5 minutes. The food choice was very elaborate and the service was very good. For one dish they apprehended a suitability issue and checked with us. A fantastic pro active stuff. All courses were simply superb. The music was good though a tad loud for our taste. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended

4

We went a la carte on a Sunday when they had a brunch on buffet. The service was efficient, food just the right temperature and overall tasty. Lasagne was great, the pasta was OK, the steak was very good as was the salad. The cheese platter was well plated but ordinary. Beer was just the right temperature and the Chardonnay (by glass) was not old. Service was efficient and the sun breaking through the glass ceiling added to the ambience. All in all, a great Sunday lunch for the family. The toilets...ummm...could be better.

Don't manage to get there as often as I would like, but I can be rest assured that I get the same great quality at this restaurant which doles out good Italian fare, no matter when i visit. Meats cooked to perfection, great pizzas, pastas and salads and desserts to die for in a lovely atrium setting complete with candlelight in the evenings.

An excellent place for an authentic Italian Meal, especially if you are entertaining your business clients or partners.

4

We had a great experience at the restaurant. The ambience is lovely and each table has it's own little nook with sufficient privacy. The service is efficient yet unobtrusive. The dishes are lovely with each dish unique in itself. I especially loved the spinach ravioli, though the pizza crust could have been a tad crispier. The soup was great, though the appetizer, esp. the chicken could have been better. The desserts were the highlight of the evening. I was disappointed to find that the one which I had my heart set on wasn't on the menu, though the chocolate on fruit flan was heavenly. The profiterole was rather doughy for my taste though. Definitely a must visit if you enjoy fine dining, italian cuisine and european desserts!

56RistoranteItaliano

4

The first thing you will notice when you enter 56 is the awesome ambience. The high ceiling and palm trees in the middle make this place one of a kind. Now coming to the food. We tried the penne agli ortaggi, mozzarella in carrizza napoletana, gnocchi with chicken, bruschetta and finally the tiramisu. All dishes very well prepared, especially liked the gnocchi and tiramisu. The service was good. Overall one of the better Italian restaurants in Gurgaon.

56RistoranteItaliano

I had a pleasure to take out my colleagues to this restaurant which is on the golf course road. The food is quiet delicious and you can ask them to make the Pasta in your own style. I am a vegetarian and i had requested for lots of vegetables in my pasta and it was right there. They are a bit slow in service but the taste of the food and the ambience of the restaurant is quiet good.

Celebrated a special day here, on which hubby and I have been going to Italian restaurants only..Since being new to Gurgaon, a research was launched to choose the place to go this year and we ended up at 56 Ristorante Italiano and by far this has been the best experience in food, quality, spread, ambience and service..we thoroughly enjoyed the evening with some new tries and hogging on some all time favorites..definitely the place to keep coming back

Brilliant ambience! The very concept of designing and building a restaurant in the space between two buildings is one-of-a-kind. And they have pulled it off extremely well. I have eaten there many, many times and have always had a feeling of wanting to come back again. The menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The Sunday brunch is great value-for-money, as is the executive lunch.

This restaurant is located between two business towers. The ambience is good, very high ceiling and palm trees in between, give it a unique appearance. Food is very good. The menu is loaded with sumptuous variety of Italian dishes. Pasta, thin crust pizzas, lasagne, ravioli, assorted garlic bread...will treat your palette with fresh aroma of herbs and leave you wanting for more. UThe service is pretty good. Cost wise, little on the higher side but worth it.. First time I went on valentine's day so it was decorated with red balloons with candle light on each table, making the ambience quite apt for the occasion. They also served complementary sweet dish. Post that we went for a corporate lunch. The quality was quite consistent. A must visit place for "Authentic Italian" food lovers..! Laughter is brightest where food is the best!!

The food is seriously good.!! and the vegetarians have an outstanding choice too. They have a decent wine list and the service is excellent. I've have better service here than a couple of 5 stars nearby. The head chef generally walks out and asks if the food is good.
